Katherine and the Dolphins

Katherine’s dream to swim with the dolphins came true and her mother wrote to thank all of the “Dream Factory Angels” who helped make it possible. During their week of wonder and awe, the entire family was able to share special moments individually and together. The pure joy that you see on Katherine’s face is obvious, but her mother best summed up the true beauty of her daughter and what this dream meant to her.  “She swam with the dolphins she has dreamed of for so long! Many times she has expressed sorrow that she feels she is responsible for ‘dragging her family through the nightmare of seizure land.’ We remind her each time that with hard times also come good times and now, we all thank her for ‘dragging us to Florida.’”
